It’s no secret that office space in the Perth CBD has been slow to fill post Covid. The management of the iconic QV1 building needed to redefine what working in the building and the city means. But they knew that the usual leasing video wasn’t going to work. The new QV1 message had to be told in a fresh, compelling way. Something that would reflect how QV1 has embraced what’s become the new way of working. Something that would give the brand more depth and meaning. That’s where we came in.

‘Alive with Work’ interlinks QV1’s features with human connection. The resulting sense of belonging is what underpins the core message of the video. It wasn’t about showing the building or the amenities within. It was about showing people enjoying those human experiences that transcend the notion of toiling 9 to 5 in the city. There’s a new way of working and QV1’s alive with it.
