A vision takes flight

This epic development in North Fremantle is Megara’s flagship. It’s iconic architecture, luxury specifications and impressive list of on-site facilities gave us a real challenge. What to hero? There’s just so much Serai has going for it. In the end, it had to be the views. Sweeping panoramas over both the Indian Ocean and Swan River. 

We worked with Megara to come up with a name, strategy, brand design and overall theme. The concept of being able to ‘fly above it all’ was the key visual. The feeling of standing on a balcony watching the sun set (or rise) would be unmatched by any other development in Perth. Life, Elevated summed up the brand’s essence. Literally and figuratively.

We created and produced all branding assets for online and offline media, including the website and a display suite that featured a 60-foot viewing tower. We also produced long-play video content of Megara’s management and design team talking about the project’s vision.
